Shipping partners & parcel lockers

Shipping to Germany and the above-mentioned EU countries is fast and secure via Deutsche Post, DHL, or DPD. Since we also work with perishable products, Green Guardia products may be subject to certain conditions. not to Packstations or post offices be sent.

Deutsche Post deliveries:
If we ship orders by envelope, they will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Please check your mailbox regularly.

Important shipping information for our beneficial insects

  • Orders placed by Monday to Friday New orders are shipped fresh daily.
  • Orders that after Friday, 7 a.m. Orders received will be shipped the following Monday. You will often receive a tracking number in advance, as your order is being prepared for shipment.

Order changes

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number.


Processing & Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Germany and 3–7 working days outside of GermanySome products have longer delivery times (see product description).

We process your order on the next business day. To avoid unnecessary storage time, we ship some products on different days. (see information in the product description) and from different locations. If you have ordered multiple products, it can happen that theOrder split into different deliveriesbecomes.

Once we have handed your order over to our shipping partners, the usual delivery time is... 2–3 working days (Germany) or 3–7 working days (EU).

Example cases

  • We ship beneficial insects from our Berlin breeding facility – depending on the quantity, via Deutsche Post (letter mail) or DHL.
  • Green Guardia plants arrive fresh and directly from our partner nurseries in Germany or the Netherlands via DHL or DPD.

Taxes

Our customers do not pay any import duties, customs fees or VAT.

Some countries – particularly Germany, Italy, Great Britain or Canada – may still levy their own customs duties or VAT according to their national regulations.

We are legally obliged to charge sales tax where required.
