Terms of Service

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our offer is exclusively for consumers.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with Greenguardia. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude the contract. By clicking the order button, you accept this offer.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The contract language is German. We store the contract text, but for security reasons it is not accessible online.

4. Terms of Delivery

We only deliver within Germany. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are credit card, SEPA direct debit, and PayPal. Payment is processed upon order completion.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply. Any additional warranties that may apply can be found on the respective product pages.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
